We have been in the air quality, testing and balancing of water systems for over 40 years and have assisted in the standardization of the testing and balancing of air and water systems, control systems and operation of building systems. Mr. Price was called upon to supervise the testing and balancing of the air and water systems in the first high rise buildings in Canada.

Client Service

We have been working with the design engineers, building management, operating engineers, and have written books on the subject of "How to kep your tenants happy" . Gave talks for BOMA, NEBB Eastern and several on site instructions in "Operating the building systems".
